Graceful Serenity in Decay

Sometimes the most sacred beauty isn’t found in blooming gardens or radiant skies—but in the hush of fading leaves, the stillness of worn paths, and the quiet dignity of things that have endured. Decay isn’t defeat. It’s a soft unraveling that makes space for grace. In the places where life seems to ebb, God’s presence flows even more gently.

We often fear the fading seasons, but Scripture reminds us:

Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. (2 Corinthians 4:16 NIV)

Even in the erosion, there is renewal. Even in the silence, there is song.
